We clearly show you the price you have to pay for our products. If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product, we will not have to deliver that produce to you at the stated price, provided that we tell you before we post the product. You can then decide if you still want the product.


Order acceptance

Our products are sold for personal use only. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the products to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us, so nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the products to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the products.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. UK POSTAGE

All orders will be dispatched in secure packaging usually within 24 hours of us receiving your order and your credit card verified. All goods are sent Royal Mail with proof of posting.

UK Postage CHARGE per item/product.


Each Item ordered counts as one item. Postage will be calculated automatically at the checkout of our shopping cart. Please note that unlike some companies we do not make any profit from our postage & packaging service.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . European orders are generally received in under 5 days.International orders are generally received in under 10 days.



Delivery and charges

Our despatch within the UK is usually 1 - 2 days. Our European delivery is usually within 4-7 days. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at National & Public Holidays. We do our best to deliver within 21 days of the date of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.

Cancellation and return

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the goods by contacting our Customer Services department by telephone, email or post. Your right to cancel is on the basis that we will be able to re-sell the goods to another customer as new when you return them to us; so please do not use or open any sealed packaging. If the products have already been posted to you, you must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the products less postage and packing costs, within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given.
